At All Points Community Management, (formerly EMG Management Services) we are dedicated to building better communities. We offer comprehensive management services to all types of community associations. Since our beginning in 2000, we have earned the trust and confidence of many communities in the Central Kentucky area and grown our business through the best kind of advertising - the recommendations of our customers.
We work in partnership with our clients, providing managers who are experienced, professional, and committed to quality service. By focusing on key functions, we help build strong, effective community associations. Through frequent and responsive communications with members and directors, we foster a sense of community well-being. Our proactive maintenance programs preserve and protect property values. Edwin Gibson
Before starting EMG, Edwin worked for over 20 years in the healthcare industry. Edwin incorporated as EMG Commercial Properties in 1998 with the intent of developing a commercial real estate practice. He worked as an agent with a local broker and as a volunteer on the Andover Neighborhood Association Board of Directors. It was during his time on the Andover Board that Edwin became interested in community association management. He signed his first contract on 12/31/1999. Shortly thereafter, he agreed to manage several other emerging communities. Edwin changed the company name to EMG Management Services in 2004 and to All Points Community Management in 2016. Edwin remains involved in all aspects of EMG business operations.
Edwin attended the University of Cincinnati, earning a B.A. with Honors in English Literature in 1983 and an M.B.A. in 1990. Edwin is a licensed Real Estate Principal Broker, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), an Association Management Specialist (AMS), and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
Edwin is an honorably discharged U.S Army “11th Armored Cavalry” Veteran. He served most of his time in service in Fulda Germany, guarding the East/West German border, known at the time as the Iron Curtain.
Edwin enjoys photographing birds and wildlife with his wife Jill and hiking and rock climbing with his sons, Jared and Evan.
